1. We take care of you on a walk-in basis. First come first serve. There is no need for an appointment! Minimum 30-90 minute wait time if you are waiting in the store. Please arrive before 4pm. Drop off is always available when we are open and we will call you within 24 hours when dropping off. If you haven’t heard from us in 24 hours you should always give us a call. Buy cannot be declined when dropping off. If you want to know prices and more details please choose the waiting option.
2. Selling to us is a two-step process. We do a preliminary sort (presort) of your items to determine which items to pass over to our buyer, who will use our computer appraisal program to price them, and then present you with an offer in the form of store credit or cash. Store credit is always 20% more and it expires in 3 years. Please call us if you are coming from a distance to make sure we are on schedule and buying.
3. We buy the best of ALL seasons ALL year! We look for the most current styles in like-new condition. Clothing must be manufactured after 2021.
4. We are the most selective in sizes 0-12 mo and 10-14. We buy up to size 14. We also buy shoes up to size 7 youth girl and 7 youth boys.
5. In infant sizes (0-12m) we mostly look for multi-piece outfits. Sleepers and onesies are ok.
6. We reserve the right to not buy any items we don’t feel will sell for us based on condition, style, inventory, or past experience.
7. All unclaimed items remaining in the store within 24 hours including containers and all contents will be donated to local charities within 24 hours of sell.
