At Kid to Kid we care deeply about our customers’ and employees’ safety. We are closely monitoring local and national reports on the evolving impact of COVID-19 and are taking the following immediate steps to ensure the safety of our community. Each store is following the recommendation of their local government leaders. Please call ahead to ensure the location is open during this extraordinary time.
We have increased our cleaning and disinfecting efforts — frequently disinfecting often-touched surfaces such as counters, phones, door handles, keypads, restroom surfaces, etc. We’ve applied the same routine to incoming toys and equipment, enhancing our usual cleaning routine to include disinfectant. Additionally, we plan to close and deep clean our store in the event of an outbreak to ensure our customers and employees are protected to the best extent possible. You can check on the status of any store at kidtokid.com/stores. Finally, we ask all of our employees who show symptoms or come into contact with infected individuals to stay home and follow the CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of the infection.
If you are making a shopping trip, plan to maintain a distance of at least six feet from other shoppers or employees. Masks are required while you shop in most of our communities. Please check with the store near you if you are not sure of the local requirements. If you are feeling unwell or have a fever, sore throat, tightness of chest, cough, please don’t come shop.
If you are selling, make sure all items are freshly laundered. Our teams will be doing additional sanitation on all hard surfaces for the safety of our customers. We are still accepting all sizes and all seasons of clothing.
Our locations are a family-owned and small business and feel deeply for those who have been impacted by this outbreak. We value your business and plan to take all necessary steps to ensure our stores are exceptionally clean, sanitary, and a safe place to shop for everyone. Again, the health and safety of our customers, employees and our communities are a top priority and we’re committed to doing our part to help keep you safe.
