Kid to Kid loves moms and supports healthy and happy families. Our 90+ locations are very involved in supporting their community, and many of our locations are supporting breast cancer research groups with our token donations program.
We are eager to promote any resources to support moms and families everywhere. As many of you may be aware, October is designated as National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This annual campaign raises breast cancer awareness including early detection, treatment, fundraising, and research. Early detection campaigns include teaching self-exam techniques and increasing the outreach of screening programs such as mammograms and follow-up treatment.
We know that raising a family is more than a full-time job, and it’s sometimes hard to put your health at the top of the list. Kid to Kid encourages you to manage your health and learn the early detection techniques offered through these organizations. Everyone in your family can get involved through donation, participating in fundraising, spreading awareness, and community support. Many of the volunteering opportunities offer a family-friendly environment and build support within your local community.
