This recall involves girls’ leggings sold in the following colors: black/pink belt, black/silver belt, black and white stripe/black belt, blue and white stripe/blue belt, blue hounds-tooth/blue belt, grey check/pink belt, grey with dots/pink belt, khaki/pink belt, khaki with dots/pink belt, pink and white check/white belt, purple/purple belt and red and blue plaid/blue belt. The knit leggings were sold sizes 1 ½ to 8 years and have a plastic belt with bow-shaped buckle. H&M is printed on the back of the care label. The care label is either black or white and attached to the waistband in the back of the leggings. The garments have an O/N (order number) and P/N (product number) printed on the top of the care label. The following O/N numbers are included in the recall: 345180, 400690, 400691, 441760, 441761, 441762, 446960, 446961, 446962, 446963, 446965 and 978210.

Incidents/Injuries

The firm has received one report of a choking incident in the United Kingdom, but no reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of these products in the U.S.

Remedy

Consumers should stop using the belt and remove it from the leggings and contact H&M Customer Service for instructions on returning the belt for a $20 gift card.

The basket models include a blue basket with a small stuffed bunny face, a bright green basket with a bow, a light green basket with white and pink bunny ears, a bright pink basket with a bow and a pink basket with a bow and a yellow flower attachment. Black or white decorative beads are used as the eyes of the bunny and the center of the yellow flower attachment. Girls’ Sugarfly Peacoats with a waist drawstring

Hazard

The coats have a drawstring tie sewn into the side seam at the waist that could become snagged or caught in small spaces or vehicle doors, posing significant entanglement hazard to children. In February 1996, CPSC issued guidelines about drawstrings in children’s upper outerwear. In 1997, those guidelines were incorporated into a voluntary standard. Then, in July 2011, based on the guidelines and voluntary standard, CPSC issued a federal regulation. CPSC’s actions demonstrate a commitment to help prevent children from strangling or getting entangled on neck and waist drawstrings in upper outerwear, such as jackets and sweatshirts.

This recall involves girl’s “Sugarfly” brand peacoat. The double breasted wool and polyester garment comes with a waist drawstring sewn into the outside seam of the garment. The coats come in three different colors; solid black, charcoal plaid and purple plaid. The coats were sold in girls’ sizes S (7-8), M (10-12), L (14), and XL (16). Style number KEM236 is located on the label found inside on the side seam of the garment. “Sugarfly” is printed on a label sewn into the neck of the coat.

The My Sweet Love / My Sweet Baby electronic baby doll comes in pink floral clothing and matching knit hat. The 16 inch doll is packaged with a toy medical check-up kit including a stethoscope, feeding spoon, thermometer and syringe. The doll’s electronics cause her to babble when she gets “sick,” her cheeks turn red and she starts coughing. Using the medical kit pieces cause the symptoms to stop. “My Sweet Baby” is printed on the front of the clear plastic and cardboard packaging. The doll is identified by UPC 6-04576-16800-5 and a date code which begins with WM. The date code is printed on the stuffed article label sewn into the bottom of the doll.

Wal-Mart has received 12 reports of incidents, including two reports of burns or blisters to the thumb.

The toys are multi-colored in white with dark brown, light brown and gray fur material. Grumpy Cat toys have blue crystal eyes with the eye lids half closed, a down-turned mouth and white whiskers. This recall involves all Vera Bradley Bear Ring Rattles and Bunny stuffed animal toys.  The products are made of cotton and fleece.  The bear ring rattle has a white teddy bear head, arms attached to an O-shaped body with a green, blue, brown and pink crisscross pattern design rattle. The bear ring rattle measures about 4.25 inches in diameter. The bunny is 10 inches tall from the top of its head to the bottom of its foot and was sold in three printed patterns. The “Bunny in Lilli Bell” has green vines with pink and orange flowers on the body, limbs and the back of the ears. The “Bunny in Lola” has a crisscross geometric pattern on the arms, legs and ears of the white headed bunny with a floral print body.
