Kid to Kid of Greenville, Texas was named Store of the Month for June 2013 by the Kid to Kid Franchise System. Although this store has historically struggled to acquire enough product from customers to sell, owner Stacey Mayfield made significant changes that boosted sales 30% over last year.

“We wanted to make it as easy as possible for our customers to sell us their things,” said Mayfield. To facilitate this effort, she altered store hours and placed a huge emphasis on customer satisfaction. Customers had great experiences and returned again and again which allowed sales to continually grow.

Kid to Kid Greenville is one of 15 stores in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and Mayfield believes that strength in numbers has helped to bring her store to where it is today. By teaming up with other stores, she’s been able to multiply her marketing efforts and reach a larger audience.
